5éme EPA sur « Le secret professionnel et l’obligation de réserve»
La séance n°5 de l’Échange sur les bonnes Pratiques administratives (EPA) s’est tenue le mercredi 18 décembre 2024, à la salle de conférence du Fonds de Développement des Transports terrestres (FDTT), sous la coordination du Secrétaire général, M. Ousmane Niébé Diop.
Le thème, qui portait sur « le secret professionnel et l’obligation de réserve », a été présenté par la directrice des financements Madame Seck Salimata Diop.
Les débats ont tourné autour des définitions, des enjeux et défis de liés au secret professionnel et à l’ obligation de réserve.
Justement, les textes législatifs et réglementaires y compris le statut du personnel du FDTT confortent la nécessité pour tout agent de respecter la fidélité, la loyauté, la confidentialité et la discrétion. Le respect de ces principes constitue une garantie de sécurité et de protection des données de toute organisation professionnelle.
Venu participer aux échanges, l’Administrateur du FDTT, M. Bara Sow, a félicité la directrice des financements pour sa brillante présentation avant d’en appeler à la responsabilité et à la conscience professionnelle.
Il s’agit, ainsi, d’une bonne démarche qui s’inscrit dans la dynamique de préservation de l’intérêt général.
Cette séance est la derniere de la serie de 2024. Elle fera suite au premier EPA de l’année 2025 qui portera sur le thème ” L’esprit d’équipe au service du travail collaboratif”. Il sera présenté par la directrice technique madame Dieng Aissatou Cissé.
