FDTT-FONGIP: Signature d’une convention de partenariat pour le renouvellement de 2. 000 taxis urbains.
Accompagné de plusieurs de ses collaborateurs, Monsieur Bara SOW Administrateur du Fonds de Développement des Transports (FDTT ) a signé le lundi 30 décembre 2024 une convention de partenariat avec le FONGIP représenté, à son siége, par Madame Ndeye Fatou MBODJI son Administrateur Général.
Cette importante convention vise à renforcer efficacement la dynamique de modernisation du système de transport public et fixe, en meme temps, les modalités de la mise en place et de gestion de la ligne de garantie d’ un dépôt initial de 500.000.000 f cfa constitué d’ une contribution à part égale de 250.000.000 f cfa. Le financement de ce programme devra permettre un renouvellement de 2.000 taxis urbains à gaz dont un premier lot de 500 pour les régions de Dakar et Thies.
Il s’agit d’une bonne occasion pour répondre aux critères de rentabilité, d’efficacité, de durabilité, de securité, et de confortabilité.
Les deux parties se sont engagées à mutualiser ainsi leurs efforts pour accelerer la modernisation du système de transport public au benefice des acteurs.
